The skin of your feet also needs to be exfoliated and renewed like the skin in any other part of your body. There are different types of foot scrubs that are available in the market today. However, since most of them are quite expensive, people tend to skip them altogether. Do you know that you can make foot scrubs at home also? They are almost as good as the market ones and also cost much less.

It's hard work finding anything bad to say about an Oscar de la Renta dress, but this one did set my fashion eyebrow a-wagging as the designer has incorporated an aspecct of 80s styling that's certainly not to everybody's taste: the bubble hem. What's next, you might wonder. A wedding ra-ra skirt? But the delicate folding of the fabric here is so subtle and well-crafted I think he might have just about got away with it, and it's a style that could easily catch on after a few putative celebrity outings. What do you think?

This weekend there are going to be some very tired feet hitting the street this weekend, as the London Marathon gets underway. The streets will be filled with Lycra clad men and women pounding the pavement to reach their goal, but just because the marathon is over doesn't mean they should be forgotten. The Beauty Lounge in Kingly Court is offering FREE leg massages to tired runners- just produce a certificate to show you completed the race, and ran it for charity.

Sometimes I commit to things without fully considering the ramifications, and that's just what had happened today. It's a glorious sun filled afternoon and I'm standing in the grounds of Silverstone, grumpily clutching my juice bottle whilst my colleagues squaff red bull and roast leg of lamb. As we race around the track, the adrenalin rush I feel only slightly counteracts my feelings of exhaustion and my carrot /celery/something foul juice tastes rather dispiriting.

I visited the Poggenpohl showroom in Boston this winter. For a modernist like me, seeing the MODERN PURISM collection was a real treat. I would like someday to own one of those kitchens. Design for the Way You Live Poggenpohl makes amazing storage system. Everything has its place with cute containers and spacers. I was going to talk about their cool storage system for the kitchen. As I assembled my montage, a trend emerged. Therefore, I will talk about kitchen layouts.

When one of the world’s most stylish women falls in love with a particular watch model, then you know this design is truly something special. Actress Nicole Kidman, one of People magazine’s fifty most beautiful people in the world and a stunning ambassador for Omega watches, was so enamoured of the new Seamaster Planet Ocean ‘Jewellery’ chronograph when wearing it for a recent shoot that she didn’t want to take it off afterwards. But that was just the prototype, and now she is keenly awaiting the delivery of one of the first examples of this fabulous new model.
